Thank you for shopping with BookedTees. Since all of our products are made-to-order, we strive to reduce overproduction and minimize waste—while still making sure you’re happy with your purchase.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it
  • Be unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

Please check our size chart carefully before ordering to avoid sizing issues. If you need help choosing the right fit, our support team is happy to assist.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@booked-tees.com.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you:

  • Return instructions
  • A prepaid shipping label (only if the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders.

Return address will be provided after your request is approved.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@booked-tees.com so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

As a print-on-demand store, most items are made-to-order and cannot be returned unless defective.
We do not accept returns for:

  • Made-to-order or personalized products
  • Items ordered in multiple sizes with the intent to return some
  • Worn, washed, or used items
  • Sale items or gift cards

If you’re unsure about your item, feel free to contact us before placing an order.

Exchanges

We do not offer automatic exchanges.
If you'd like a different size or design, the best option is to request a return (if eligible), and place a new order separately.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

This right does not apply to made-to-order or personalized items.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
